Nothing's worth the worriment

i sit back, comfortably ensconced in the appreciation this blog gets and foolishly think i'm top drawer, and then i see some REALLY good writing. Diviya's blog. witness a lightening bolt of articulation that slices through cliche, with the ability to put with words, the random thoughts of an otherwise unglued generation, into beautiful, rhythmic illustration.
and all this from a heart-shaped, baby-face, who looks like a puppy with inquiring eyes, impregnable in its warm basket, secure in it's inevitable approbation.
good to know there is some intelligent, ingenious innocence left in this world.

The 'real world' is suprisingly tame. All that hold-your-breath-grit and action-stations was quite unnecessary(must tear up the document bequeathing my lighter collection to African bushmen)
Expected ink slingers running around the place screaming for copy and yelling,"stop the press": Got a features dept full of young people humming as they work and going off to get their belly button pierced during hours.

bosschick-any of you interns get your belly buttons pierced?
us-no (in choir)
bosschick-how conservative...

nice, nice and very reassuring so far. Must wait and see if they morph into jaded, cynical, automatons by the end of the week.
